What You Will Learn and Work On
  • Understand business and product requirements using BRDs and PRDs, with guidance
  • Learn how backend architecture and system design decisions are made
  • Build backend APIs and services step by step
  • Work with databases to design and use schemas
  • Learn how different backend components interact end to end
  • Assist in implementing basic authentication and security concepts
  • Debug issues and improve code quality
  • Write clean, readable, and documented code
Skills and Requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • Students or recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of any backend language or framework (Examples include Node.js, Java, Python, or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of APIs and databases
  • Familiarity with Git or version control is helpful
  • Strong willingness to learn and ask questions
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to take feedback and improve

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Academic, personal, or hobby backend projects
