Key Functions and Requirements
Main Functions
- Analyze client business processes, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for optimization in procurement and supply chain.
- Develop and present data-driven strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Manage consulting projects, including defining scope, creating project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions and automation tools.
Essential Requirements (education and experience)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or a role focused on procurement/supply chain.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with client leadership.
Desirable Requirements
- MBA or other advanced business degree.
- Experience working in a Big4 or similar top-tier consulting firm.
- Knowledge of procurement technologies (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa) and digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in a business context.
